Card number ranges you can price in a billing plan or block on an order.
Use a BIN range ID in
controlFunctions.blockedBinRangeIds when creating an order to decline cards in that range — the payment fails with "Transaction declined - Not allowed for this card". Useful when, say, a cultural payment card must be refused for an order that includes alcohol.
